Kellie Greer - Operations Manager

Kellie GreerKellie Greer began her career at Landscapers Depot at its inception in 1992. As the business expanded, so did the scope of her role. Today, Kellie is responsible for ordering, pricing and maintaining inventory levels, dispatching drivers and deliveries, overseeing payroll and administering employee benefits. Prior to Landscapers Depot, Kellie spent over 5 years in customer service at Blue Cross/Blue Shield of MA, in addition to working part time for a trucking company in accounts payables/receivables and human resources.


Tom Greer - General Manager

Tom GreerTom Greer has been in the position of General Manager with Landscapers Depot from the beginning. His extensive background in the transportation industry contributed to the design and development of our patented two and three compartment delivery trucks with forklifts – providing us with the most efficient means of delivery in the industry. Today, Tom oversees our bark grinding and colorizing operation, as well as the day-to-day operations of all departments. In addition, he is responsible for seeking out and securing new stone and bark sources.


Lise McNaughton - Designer

Lise McNaughtonLise McNaughton has been a Designer with Landscapers Depot since 2003. She has a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of California/Davis. Lise has 10 years of design experience and 6 years as an environmental consultant, giving her the ability to assess the site to best meet your design goals. Lise provides professional designs to scale, with visually stunning landscape enhanced photo images to show a before and after image of your property. Lise does her own scheduling of design and consultation work, and would be happy to schedule an appointment with you.


Jonathan Enos - Assistant Manager

Jonathan EnosJonathan Enos came to Landscapers Depot in 2004 as a Sales Associate and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2006. Prior to joining Landscapers Depot, he managed the lawn and garden department of a local chain store for 4 years. Previous experience as a communications contractor provided Jonathan with a strong technical background – proving valuable in the Nightscaping landscape lighting line that he oversees. Jonathan has vast knowledge of all our landscape product lines as well as installation know-how. He is here to assist you - from selection of products to installation, for all of your landscape needs.


Michael Grenier - Distributor Sales

Mike GrenierMike Grenier comes from a family with a long heritage in the granite industry. Personally involved in the industry since 1998, Mike started as an apprentice stonecutter at a local granite quarry, later transferring to the company’s landscape division. In 2004, Landscapers Depot acquired the quarry’s landscape division, creating the opportunity for Mike to help build Landscapers Depot’s granite business in addition to developing our wholesale stone and bark division. Now in charge of inside distributor sales, Mike is available to assist you with your wholesale granite, stone or bark needs.


Richard Leather - Outside Sales

Richard LeatherOriginally from Saugus, MA, Rick spent summers at a cottage on a small lake in southern NH where he now lives with his family and is enjoying fatherhood. He joined Landscapers Depot after working in sales in an RV/trailer business for 7 years. Prior to his career in sales, Rick was an accountant/manager for 17 years. A previous water ski instructor who enjoys sports, Rick is an enthusiastic Red Sox fan.


Norman Hebert - Yard Manager

Norman HebertNorman has been a heavy equipment operator for over 25 years. He began his career at Landscapers Depot in 2001 as a loader operator. Through the years he advanced to Yard Manager. Today, Norman oversees all truck drivers and yard personnel as well as the loading of all our delivery trucks and those of our customers, and manages to do all this in a timely manner. He is also responsible for maintaining inventory levels on all bulk materials in our yard.


Phil Chadwick - Head Mechanic

Phil ChadwickPhil Chadwick successfully completed trade school and worked in the diesel repair industry for several years before joining Landscapers Depot in 1995. At that time, he was responsible for six trucks and a few loaders. Today, Phil's growth with the company has expanded to overseeing the servicing of 27 trucks, six loaders and many other pieces of heavy equipment in addition to a fleet of rental equipment. Most of the trucks are built from the frame up; using Tom Greer's patented split body design, developed in collaboration with Phil. These unique and innovative split body designs allow us to deliver multiple products, cutting back on fuel and delivery costs to the consumer.


Fran Perry - Nursery Manager

Fran PerryFran Perry joined the team at Landscapers Depot early in 2010 as our Nursery Manager. He brings with him over 35 years experience in the nursery industry. He was educated at Stockbridge School of Agriculture in Amherst, MA as well as the University of Massachusetts. Fran has vast knowledge of both the wholesale and retail sales and has worked for some of the largest field and container growers in the Northeast. Fran's responsibilities will include overseeing the day to day operations of our nursery and insuring that there is consistently a large selection of healthy, well maintained and interesting plants for all your landscaping needs!


Jim Best - Assistant Nursery Manager

Jim BestJim has spent over 40 years in the nursery/landscape field including 10 years as the Yard Manager of one of the largest retail garden centers in Massachusetts. For the last 18 years, Jim had his own business specializing in water garden and fish pond construction, maintenance and landscaping. He is New Hampshire’s only National Pond Society certified “Master of Ponds”. In 2009, Jim decided to return to his roots in the garden center/nursery field which is when he joined the team at Landscapers Depot.


Ashley Greer - Outside Contractor Sales

Ashley GreerAshley Greer began her career at Landscapers Depot in 2000 as a cashier in the Hardscape Department. Over the years, she developed a vast knowledge of hardscape materials and their methods of installation. She became the primary contact for many of our masons, landscapers, builders and architects for not only estimating jobs, but also coordinating job site deliveries. Ashley is available for job site visits and is a great resource for those large and complicated jobs.


Maggie Sawyer - Office Manager

Maggie SawyerMaggie Sawyer joined Landscapers Depot in 2008 as the Office Manager. Prior to joining the Landscapers Depot team, Maggie worked as Branch Manager for a local bank. Maggie has over 20 years experience in both retail and customer service.
