Return Policy

No return

There is absolutely no return of bulk bark mulch, loam, and aggregates, stone by the pound and special orders.

All returns must be made within 45 days of purchase, and must be accompanied by original sales receipt.

We do not accept partial or opened pallets of natural stone.

If we pick up product at your location, there is a standard 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner payment was originally made. Cash will be refunded for payments made by check after 10 days.

Any returns made without a receipt will be refunded by store credit.
